Purchased guidebooks, e-lists and electronic documents will be EMAILED to you within 2 - 4 business days following your purchase verification. Excludes statutory holidays and office closings. Due to the nature of the products, your shipment will be delivered once to the email address you've entered. Online documents with password protection are VALID FOR ONLY 1 WEEK after the order is fulfilled therefore we highly recommend that you SAVE all lists and guidebooks to your computer hard drive immediately upon receipt of delivery. 

All shipments are electronically tracked to confirm delivery to the customer and to trace unauthorized forwarding. Customer will be billed for unauthorized forwarding. All products are copyright protected.

Hard copy tickets to events and seminars will not be mailed to you. You MUST present your email confirmation receipt upon arrival at the venue for entry. Event tickets are not available for purchase at the venue.
