“Over the past few years of being a TFI resident, Susan Langdon and the support of TFI have propelled my business to a point where I now sell in several luxury boutiques around the world. With strong ties to the fashion community, locally and abroad, TFI has arranged many opportunities for me such as a fully sponsored buying trip to Korea and a sales meeting in Philadelphia. Susan also made a personal introduction for me to The Room at HBC which resulted in my largest order for the spring 2015 season.” – SID NEIGUM, TFI Resident (2012 - to present)

Life is a series of calculations and the substance of SID NEIGUM, a conceptual, interdisciplinary womenswear label. With a creative process akin to a science experiment, Sid develops a set of rules or constraints, executes these rules, and then examines and tweaks the resulting garments. Every collection is produced in Canada using premium fabrics and achieves balance, between maximalism and minimalism, tradition and innovation, left brain and right brain.
Since debuting in March 2011, Sid has won every Canadian competition for emerging fashion designers starting with the Suzanne Rogers Award for Most Promising New Label (2012), and has set his sights internationally. In 2016, he showed at London Fashion Week as the winner of DHL Exported and has also shown in New York, Milan, Paris and Dubai. SID NEIGUM has been featured on Vogue Runway, ELLE and The Business of Fashion, worn by Winnie Harlow, Coco Rocha and Sophie Gregoire-Trudeau, and is sold at concept shops around the world, including Plan de Ville, Des Kohan, The Room, Maison Simons, Boutique 1, Joyce and Net-A-Porter.
