COVID-19 Protocol

Dear Valued TFI Members and Friends,

In light of the government's decision to relax COVID screening and safety protocols, we have decided to follow their direction.

Starting October 1, 2022, it will no longer be mandatory for members, visitors and staff to wear a medical mask while inside the building. Everyone is welcomed to voluntarily wear a mask if they wish however.

However, if you are feeling unwell (cough, fever, sore throat, runny nose etc.) please CANCEL your appointment and do not enter the building. Your cooperation will help to keep staff and members healthy, and will reduce the chance of spreading any germs.

Our centre remains open by appointment only, and mentor appointments will continue to be held virtually. Please read the Mentor Consultation Guideline document in the "About Us > Mentor Profile" section at fashionincubator.com to learn about scheduling, cancelling, missing and/or not using up consultation time.

If you are inquiring about your online order, TFI e-list and guidebook orders will continue to be fulfilled via email within 4 business days unless otherwise posted. Please note that orders will be sent electronically to the email address you provided so please enter a valid email address when placing your order.

Curbside pickups from our onsite resident members can be arranged with the resident directly.

Please be aware that TFI reserves the right to reinstate a COVID safety protocol if needed.
